Floral Design & Availability
Please note that all of our arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal blooms. While we strive to match the photos shown, substitutions in flower varieties, colors, or containers may be necessary due to availability. Any substitutions will be made thoughtfully to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of your selection.
Product images are representative of size and style, not exact replicas. Each arrangement is one-of-a-kind.
Deliveries
Delivery is completed within a scheduled delivery window; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak holidays like Valentine’s Day. If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion. Deliveries involving wine may be rescheduled.
Wine deliveries require a recipient 21+ with valid ID at the time of delivery. If no valid ID is available, the alcohol portion of the order may be withheld without refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once an order is in production, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are unavailable within 48 hours of delivery and a credit may not be possible unless previously discussed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.
Longevity
Flower longevity varies based on care and environment. While we provide care instructions, we cannot guarantee vase life.
