About NFINITY Cellars
California is the heart of NFINITY Cellars by TV Personalities Malou Nubla and Danielle Nottingham. NFINITY wines are sourced from the highest quality vineyards across California's wine country and was founded with a committed to creating memorable wines that compliment your spirit and add a touch of celebration to any occasion. We sat down with Danielle to ask her a few questions of what makes NFINITY special.Â

We're so excited to feature your wine brand this month! What made you want to go from being TV personalities to starting your own wine brand?
As lifestyle tv hosts, we used to feature a great number of restaurants and vineyards/wineries. During the pandemic, we went to Paso Robles and produced a show focused on wine and adventures called "Girls Trip". It was California Live's highest rated show ever. We've had a lot of fun over many glasses of wine and champagne and thought to ourselves, why are we promoting other people when we can do this too! That's how NFINITY Cellars started. We had a contact that knew someone who had grapes available and we jumped on it. Our first wine was a 2021 Chardonnay from Livermore Valley.
How did you and your cofounder meet?
We worked on a lifestyle and entertainment television show together on NBC called California Live.

What sets Nfinity apart from other wine brands?
We are women of color in a male dominated business and we bring that spirit of inclusion to our wines. We source are grapes from the highest quality regions in California and our goal is to make that wine accessible to all. Not every bottle of quality wine has to be hundreds of dollars. We know the tasting notes and can give the history, climate and weather forecast of these regions but sometimes people just want a glass of wine and they like what they like. It might be sweet, fruity, dry...if you like it, we love it! Wine can be intimidating when you are starting out and we strive to make classic wine that the beginner can feel confident with.Â
Â
What is 1 thing you want people to know about your wines that they may not know?
We get a lot of questions about where the name NFINITY came from. My last name is Nottingham. Malou is Nubla and so the "N" made NFINITY. It's infinite possibilities... we can do anything, the future is limitless!
This month, we'll be highlighting the NFINITY Brut, a Best of Class Winner at the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! This North Coast Brut is proudly made in the traditional style known as Méthode Champenoise and is composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc.Â
We can't wait for you to try these incredible wines! If you like what you taste or want to learn more about their story, you can visit them online at www.nfinitycellars.com
