  • About the Winery

    The original Fallbrook Winery construction was completed in 1981 and was used primarily for champagne production through the late 1980’s. In the mid 1990’s, the winery property was purchased and replanting of the vineyards began - primarily Bordeaux varietals. The winery is located on the 33rd parallel and released the initial vintage of wines in 1996. The Bordeaux-style blend was named BDX by the winemakers, using the barrel designation code to name the wine.

    Fallbrook Winery is committed to continuing to produce the highest quality wines from the South Coast and from other major grape growing regions of California. You can visit their tasting room within the aging cellar building at the winery. They are open daily, so be sure to give them a call for hours and reservations!
